Agent Social Publisher is operated privately by Marc Oliveau. Access is for the account owner and people or assistants the owner authorizes; there is no public registration service.

Authorized account management

Use the tool only for accounts you own or have permission to manage, and only within the actions authorized by the account owner. Connecting an account provides technical API access; it does not authorize every possible post or management action.

Review the selected account, media, copy, visibility and required disclosures before release. You are responsible for the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload and for following the destination platform's rules. Realistic synthetic media must carry the applicable AI-content disclosure.

Platform terms

The application uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy explains Google's handling of data. Use of other platform features is also subject to that platform's applicable terms and access requirements.

This is an independent tool. Its name and website do not imply endorsement by Google, YouTube, Meta, TikTok or X.

Preparation, release and interruptions

Preparation is the default: Private on YouTube, unpublished containers on Instagram, an inbox draft on TikTok and local drafts for X. Public release requires an explicit instruction. TikTok's inbox workflow still requires completion in TikTok. X paid API access is disabled in the current configuration.

Platform quotas, account permissions, media processing, token expiry and service failures can delay or reject an operation. Different platforms do not share a transaction: one destination may succeed while another remains pending. An uncertain result must be reconciled before retrying; do not discard saved task history to force another submission. No guarantee of uninterrupted service or a publication time is made.

Costs and local responsibility

The tool does not purchase API credits, enable auto-recharge or subscribe to publishing services. Any future paid API access or hosting arrangement needs the operator's authorization. Protect the device, credential files, workspace access and backups.

Read the privacy policy for local storage, use by authorized assistants, revoking access and requesting removal of local account data. Removing local state does not delete content from a platform.
